About the Survey.
"Fagmedia was asked by the Perth Sisters of the Order of Perpetual Indulgence to use their resources and expertise to conduct a survey in regards to the Perth Pride Parade 2014.
The Sisters concern is that decisions related to the future timing and focus of Perth's Pride Festival must include the needs of the broader LGBTIQ Community, and other groups who participate in Events and the Parade, without whom no festival or parade is possible.
It is clear that while the Perth Pride Parade might be "organised" by the Association many people feel a strong sense that the Parade is something that is "owned" by the whole community. This small independent survey aims to compliment Pride's qualitative Review Process by providing a quantitative snapshot of the broader community opinion".
